Silk Skill + Choreography

Service Description

This silk conditioning + skill class is where you learn + practice different moves, transitions, drops and holds for your level. We also practice choreography + transitions. This class is designed to accommodate students at all levels as it is primarily individual coaching in a group setting. Building strength, endurance, skill and increasing flexibility is the main focus of this class.

Cancellation Policy

We require 12 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide 12 hours' notice will result in you losing the class. Make-up classes depend on availability and must be completed before the end of the term/beginner series/expiration date on your class pass.
